This session was so special. Shandi and I worked together a few years ago and when I found out she was expecting her second baby, I knew I just had to photograph her! Shandi and her husband, Ian, have gone through so much for their babies, and their love and gratitude for their children just radiates through them.
The star of the show was of course, Lylian Grace. This beautiful girl was made to model. Look at that little hand!
Lylian quickly fell fast asleep and snoozed for the rest of her session. I just love those early newborn days that just seem to melt from one catnap and nursing session to the next. This girl will be chasing after her brother Robert in the blink of an eye!
So much love for this sweet family! I can’t wait to watch these adorable kids grow.
