Baby Gravelle Newborn Session Recap

southern Maryland newborn photographer

Hooray, the baby girl drought is finally over! It seems like it’s been ages since we last had a sweet little girl in the studio, and so we pulled out alllll the girly things for EmmaLou. Doesn’t her name sound like a song? She’s named after her Nana!

EmmaLou’s mom, Sarah, chose a mini session for her newborn portraits. Mini sessions are so popular with clients right now, because they offer a little bit of everything in a shorter amount of time! In less than two hours, we were able to create dozens of gorgeous images of this sweet little girl. Our workflow is the secret sauce, and we’ve got it down to a science by this point!

Please enjoy a few of my favorite’s from EmmaLou’s gallery! If you still need to book your baby’s session, let’s chat soon. Remaining summer and fall newborn appointments are almost fully booked!

Sticking with one photographer over the years is one of the best things a family can do, because it allows everyone to feel more comfortable and genuinely enjoy the session. One thing is certain, […]

When you have clients that love and appreciate art as much as Isabella and Jory, you find a way to showcase that love in photos. For them, that meant a National Gallery of Art engagement session. It turned out more perfect than I could have imagined. Including personal items or highlighting shared interests is something […]

When you think of wedding photography, your mind probably goes straight to the romantic wedding portraits, like the epic first kiss at the ceremony, or the newlywed’s first dance. While these wedding day moments are essential and some of my favorites to capture, there are other photos that are just as important but often overlooked […]
