Congratulations, Caitlyn and Austin! I first met Caitlyn and Austin almost two years ago, when the two vacationed in southern Maryland and hired me to take their engagement photos in Solomons. Needless to say, I was thrilled when they asked me to travel to Pennsylvania to photograph their wedding as well! They planned a beautiful floral-forward wedding at Terrain Gardens in Doylestown PA. It was absolutely stunning!

Spring Wedding at Terrain Gardens

Caitlyn loves all things floral, and so Terrain Gardens in Doylestown PA was the perfect venue choice for the couple. Terrain Gardens is a garden center turned wedding venue: truly a plant lover’s dream come true. The venue is owned by URBN, the parent company of Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie, and that clean brand aesthetic blends seamlessly with the natural beauty of the plants and florals found onsite. Caitlyn and Austin chose a beautiful palette of light blue, peach, and white – which looked amazing against this modern (yet timeless) venue.

Garden Inspired Wedding Day

Every aspect of Caitlyn and Austin’s wedding day felt organic and natural. Hosting your wedding day in a garden center will do that! Caitlyn and Austin held almost all of their wedding day outside. From their first look to a ceremony overlooking the fields, they wanted their day to feel romantic and elegant. 

One of my favorite details was Caitlyn and Austin’s escort display. Rather than traditional cards to direct their guests to their tables, the couple opted to gift each guest with a bud vase of gorgeous florals. This made for a statement entrance to their reception! It was truly a gorgeous day and the fresh, vibrant flowers everywhere you looked were absolutely amazing.

Congratulations again, Caitlyn and Austin! It was such a gorgeous wedding day and I am so honored I was able to be a part of it all with you. It was stunning – and full of the most vibrant and fresh details.
