A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to attend a styled shoot at the Liriodendron Mansion in Baltimore. The result was a set of gorgeous images that I can’t wait to share with you. I know it hurts to have to change plans unexpectedly, and it’s totally normal to grieve for the wedding you’d dreamed of. But – have you considered how absolutely AMAZING an elopement could be?! Here’s three reasons an elopement might be the perfect solution for you!
Significantly reduce wedding costs
Let’s do the math: a $50K budget for a 150 person event comes out to about $333 for each person at your wedding. If you’ve been planning for awhile, you know how fast that $333 goes. Dinner, drinks, and decor for 150 guests isn’t cheap – in fact, these costs typically account for 50% of your total wedding cost.
Eloping will save you nearly all of these costs! A private, catered meal for just a handful of your nearest and dearest will be a fraction of the expense.
